Working at Teach First
In just eight years Teach First has changed the perceptions of top graduates throughout the UK, and teaching in a school in challenging circumstances is now one of the most prestigious careers for the country's top talent.
As we continue to grow and extend our impact, we seek talented, passionate individuals from all backgrounds to help lead the charity to address educational disadvantage through the development of highly effective teachers and leaders.
Teach First staff members are a diverse group that includes experienced professionals from non-profit and for-profit organisations, advanced degree holders, as well as recent graduates and experienced teaching professionals, in addition to individuals from other sectors. Approximately one third of our staff is made up of Teach First ambassadors who join the organisation having completed two years on the Teach First Leadership Development Programme by teaching in schools in challenging circumstances across the country.
